Curaçao Trade Strategy Forum 2026
Forging Curaçao’s Trade Future: The Next Move
16–18 March 2026
The global trade landscape is evolving faster than ever. Geopolitical shifts, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, climate priorities, and new economic alliances are redefining how small economies position themselves in international markets.
Since the launch of Curaçao’s National Export Strategy, important steps have been taken to strengthen competitiveness and expand opportunities. At the same time, unexpected moments of global visibility — including the Blue Wave and other international milestones — have influenced how Curaçao is perceived and positioned abroad.
In this changing environment, strategy must remain dynamic. It requires periodic reflection, recalibration, and alignment with current realities.
The Curaçao Trade Strategy Forum 2026, taking place from 16–18 March 2026, will serve as a strategic platform to assess progress, identify gaps, and determine the next phase of Curaçao’s trade development.
Over three days, stakeholders from government, business, education, finance, culture, and civil society will come together to:
- Evaluate progress under the National Export Strategy
- Re-examine priorities in light of global developments
- Assess institutional readiness and policy alignment
- Define the strategic adjustments needed to move from plans to performance
The Forum underscores a shared commitment to shaping Curaçao’s trade future with clarity, coordination, and execution.
Further programme details will be announced soon.
