I. Construction applications above 2 million, within the city center or with a height of more than 8 meters, must receive approval from the Minister. In certain cases, the Department of Spatial Planning requests legal review which can prolong the process.
II. ROP assesses the grounds for refusal and takes into account the evaluation and advice of the Fire Brigade and, in some cases, GMN and Aviation

II. Objections are handled within objection committee. In case permit is declared invalid, additional documentation will be needed to motivate approval.
III. In the case of an appeal in the Court of Justice, the permit can be revoked or validated.
