New courses in the Hospitality Sector

The Ministry of Economic Development, together with the Ministry of Social Development, Labor, and Welfare, and in cooperation with the Curaçao Tourist Board, is coordinating the “Her -en Bijscholingstraject” project for the hospitality and tourism sector.

The goal of this project is to provide job seekers with the opportunity to follow a training program with the possibility of a job in the tourism sector in Curaçao.

We offer training programs for people interested to become:

• Waiter/ Waitresses
• Assistant Cook
• Housekeeper
• and much more

If you are at least 24 years old and looking for a job in the hospitality sector, this is your chance to start a fulfilling career

To ensure your success in these training programs, we are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Basic and/or advanced proficiency in English, and also in another foreign language.
• A positive general attitude to serve visitors with enthusiasm.
• Flexibility with work hours, including holidays.
